A Few Notes from Our Kennel

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable — except in the rare case that the puppy is found to have a serious health issue confirmed by a licensed veterinarian while still in our care.

  • Puppy selections are final. Once a deposit is placed on a specific puppy, it cannot be transferred to another.

Visits

  • We do not allow in-person visits. This is to protect the health and safety of our puppies and their mothers.

    • However, we’re happy to offer FaceTime or video chats, along with additional photos and video updates upon request.

Puppy Environment

  • Our puppies are raised inside our home, surrounded by family, and receive daily attention, early socialization, and lots of love.

Payments

  • We do not accept personal checks for any payments.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, CashApp, Zelle, and Venmo.

  • Final payment is due at or before pickup.

Pickup Policy

  • Puppies must be picked up on the agreed-upon date. We cannot hold puppies past this date unless prior arrangements are made. A daily boarding fee may apply.

Updates & Communication

  • Weekly updates are provided once a deposit is placed. These include photos, videos, and occasional developmental updates on your puppy.

  • We value open communication. We’re here for you before and after pickup — please understand we may not always respond instantly as we prioritize hands-on puppy care.

Health Guarantee

  • All puppies receive age-appropriate veterinary care and come with a written health guarantee as outlined in our contract.
